10. VAT and Customs Procedures

10.1. The customer acts as the importer of the goods and is responsible for customs formalities and VAT unless the supplier uses the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system, in which case VAT is included in the purchase price.

10.2. Information regarding VAT and any applicable customs charges is provided before the order is placed in a clearly visible location (for example, in the shopping cart).
