Return Policy – E-SCOOT.EU
1. General Information
The ScootPoint.pl online store sells digital products delivered electronically, including files, documents, guides, educational materials, software, licenses, and other digital content.
2. No Returns for Digital Products
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, consumers do not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract for the supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium if:

the delivery of the digital content has begun with the consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period has expired;

the consumer has been informed that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the delivery begins;

the consumer has acknowledged and accepted the loss of this right before the order is fulfilled.
By purchasing from E-Scoot.eu, the Customer expressly agrees to the immediate commencement of order fulfillment and acknowledges that, once access to the purchased digital content has been granted, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
3. Complaints
Although purchased digital products cannot be returned, Customers have the right to submit a complaint if:

they are unable to download the product;

they receive a corrupted or damaged file;

the product does not match the description provided on the store's website;

technical defects prevent the proper use of the product.

4. Complaint Processing Time
Complaints will be reviewed within 14 calendar days from the date they are received. The Customer will be informed of the outcome by email.
5. Refunds in Justified Cases
If a complaint is found to be valid and it is not possible to provide a corrected version of the product, the Seller may issue a full or partial refund to the payment method or account used for the original purchase.
